Life Legacy
Evantor L. Greenhill was born May 1, 1931 in Auburn, AL to the late Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Lowe. After moving to Birmingham, she confessed Christ at an early age and joined Zion Star Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. James S. Phifer. She attended and graduated from A.H. Parker High School in 1949, in the same year she was united in marriage to the late Mr. Millard K. Greenhill and to this union 6 children were born. In 1977 she moved her membership to New Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. T.J. Ambers where she faithfully served as a Sunday School Teacher, member of the Missionary Society, and President of the Ushers and Pastor's Aid Board. In 2001 she joined Agape Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Frederick D. Whitt, where she faithfully served as a member of the Saints Alive Ministry and Pastor's Aid Board until her health failed. She departed this life on December 3, 2009 at 12:40 p.m.
